    Finance

    LENNOX EMEA’s finance department provides company management with adequate, accurate and timely business information by performing its core activities such as Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Risk Management, Internal Control and Compliance with legislation to the highest possible standards. Its mission is to partner with local business management to create value to the business and to protect and develop profitability.

    To facilitate thisLENNOX EMEA has a decentralized finance structure with highly skilled finance professionals working closely with the operations, reporting to corporate staff. Our core values are based and built on our company’s legacy of integrity, ethics and excellence and are our day to day practice.

    Global Sourcing

    Team of people based in Europe form the link between the Corporate Global Sourcing group and the production requirements of our factories in Europe. This team serves all our European businesses. The goal is to ensure that our European production facilities benefit from the best possible global sourcing possibilities. Respecting the three aim primary functions which are:

    • Buying at the cost
    • Respecting delivery time
    • Assuring quality product

    IT

    At LENNOX EMEA, Information System is an essential support of business excellence.

    Unimpressed by the short-lived IT trend themes, a highly skilled group of specialists is rigorously pursuing its objective to deliver software and services – efficiently and simply.

    Using state of the art infrastructure, our IT community provides the local businesses with essential tools to reach their goals in the field of Business Systems, Supply chain, telecommunications, mobile services and B2B operations.

    As proud members of the LII group, we leverage a wide corporate expertise and large offshore IT support capabilities.

    Manufacturing

    LENNOX EMEA produces large size Made to Order air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

    Our main skills are mechanical assembly, copper-pipe brazing, electrical wiring and frigorific testing of the unit, with the support of the traditional supply chain team.

    We produce our own sheet metal and coils, with the associated skills and experience required.

    On our lean and safe designed manufacturing line, with appropriate defined procedures, our workers are also encouraged with continuous improvement programs.

    We promote performance management and train our supervisors and leaders to make it successful.

    Marketing

     Talking about marketing in LENNOX EMEA means talking about five departments which are:

    • Product management is in charge of the elaboration of specifications for new products or product evolution.
    • Sales & technical literature and tools, promote the LENNOX EMEA product portfolio and solutions, from the sales brochures and general catalogue to application guides, particularly intended for engineers and consultants.
    • Market intelligence provides more detailed information on regional & national economic data, HVAC markets & products, global and local regulations, etc…
    • Communication develops a public relation program including a dedicated action to reinforce contacts and exchange with professional magazines across the territories where LENNOX EMEA is present.
    • LENNOX EMEA University trains several hundreds of LENNOX EMEA employees, partners and customers, through global or more specific sales and technical programs each year.

    Quality

    LENNOX EMEA Goal is to properly serve at any time our customers’ needs, so the role of our Quality Department is to ensure company focus on the constant improvement of products and processes.

    Our Quality team is permanently seeking for any Quality gap in products or service specifications, conception, production and deliveries, in order to propose solutions and improvements. It allows the company to deal with the highest Quality standard as we are certified ISO 9001 (version 2008) across Europe.

    Research & Development

    The primary function of R&D is to develop new products. As LENNOX EMEA has always been an innovative company .we truly believe that new product design and development is a crucial factor of the company evolution in an industry that is changing rapidly.

    In the last decades, energy has become a limited resource that we must manage properly and so our products need to be always be more efficient and environment friendly. Our R&D department regroups engineers with multidisciplinary skills required to develop increasingly complex products (mechanics, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, electrical …), 2 laboratories covering more than 5000m² and the support of other LENNOX EMEA R&D centers around the world.

    Sales

    Being in the sales function in LENNOX EMEA, means being in permanent contact with all decision makers for a project, from the main contractor to the installer, the consultants and the investors. They are all our customers which obliges us to be extremely professional and serious in order to satisfy them, build long term relationships and reinforce the company image.

    Due to the competitive environment we must to propose different and innovative solutions, system solutions, including a wide range of products and associated services.

    Whatever the quality and the competitiveness of our products it is not sufficient to build a long-term relationship with a customer. Only the quality of service will give us the chance to be trusted by our customers.

    LENNOX EMEA strongly invests in employees (recruitment, training…) and accurate tools to be able to meet market demands in terms of reactivity, quality of service, customer feedback but more globally, issues regarding real estate management for our Key account customers.

    LENNOX EMEA knows that working closely between sales and services is the only way to meet and even exceed customer requirements.

    Training and Development

    This is a priority for Lennox in Europe. Training allows everyone to improve and develop their skills as well as help others to improve by sharing experience and know-how, reinforcing company values. Each person can benefit from training throughout his professional career. A catalogue with more than 60 different training courses offers our employees the ability to perform to the best of their skills. 2700 training hours were provided in 2011. Internship is also offered, as well as a tutoring program to ensure skills and experiences are conveyed within the company.
