LENNOX EMEA produces large size Made to Order air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Our main skills are mechanical assembly, copper-pipe brazing, electrical wiring and frigorific testing of the unit, with the support of the traditional supply chain team.
We produce our own sheet metal and coils, with the associated skills and experience required.
On our lean and safe designed manufacturing line, with appropriate defined procedures, our workers are also encouraged with continuous improvement programs.
We promote performance management and train our supervisors and leaders to make it successful.
Talking about marketing in LENNOX EMEA means talking about five departments which are:
- Product management is in charge of the elaboration of specifications for new products or product evolution.
- Sales & technical literature and tools, promote the LENNOX EMEA product portfolio and solutions, from the sales brochures and general catalogue to application guides, particularly intended for engineers and consultants.
- Market intelligence provides more detailed information on regional & national economic data, HVAC markets & products, global and local regulations, etc…
- Communication develops a public relation program including a dedicated action to reinforce contacts and exchange with professional magazines across the territories where LENNOX EMEA is present.
- LENNOX EMEA University trains several hundreds of LENNOX EMEA employees, partners and customers, through global or more specific sales and technical programs each year.
LENNOX EMEA Goal is to properly serve at any time our customers’ needs, so the role of our Quality Department is to ensure company focus on the constant improvement of products and processes.
Our Quality team is permanently seeking for any Quality gap in products or service specifications, conception, production and deliveries, in order to propose solutions and improvements. It allows the company to deal with the highest Quality standard as we are certified ISO 9001 (version 2008) across Europe.
Research & Development
The primary function of R&D is to develop new products. As LENNOX EMEA has always been an innovative company .we truly believe that new product design and development is a crucial factor of the company evolution in an industry that is changing rapidly.
In the last decades, energy has become a limited resource that we must manage properly and so our products need to be always be more efficient and environment friendly. Our R&D department regroups engineers with multidisciplinary skills required to develop increasingly complex products (mechanics, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, electrical …), 2 laboratories covering more than 5000m² and the support of other LENNOX EMEA R&D centers around the world.
The Human resources function is more than just a support function. It is a strategic function with a mission to ensure the development of employees which is the wealth, and one of the most important assets of the company. This is a mission of proximity with a strong presence to be closer to the field in order to act as a true business partner. It is also to listen to employees so that each person feels he is accompanied in his daily life and career.
