Responsable HSE (F/H)


Ideally based in our European Headquarters in Mions (Lyon – 69)



Reporting to the Lennox EMEA General Manager, your missions will consist in:

Assistance to the General Manager in his daily activity

  • Calendar organization (meetings planning, appointments, …)
  • Consolidation of Leadership meetings and Operating reviews
  • Co-ordination with the EMT Members
  • Travels and visits organization (transport, accommodation, interface with US visitors)

Operational assistance to the EMEA HVAC Sales Director and to Country Sales Managers

  • Monthly sales reports and business reviews presentation
  • Customers visits organization
  • Commercial seminars and workshops
  • Update of commercial policies and procedures

Support the EMT members for specific projects (HR, Marketing, Finance,…)

  • Translations
  • Organization of internal and external events
  • Legal Department specific support


  • Driven by a real sense of responsibility, discreet and rigorous, you have significant experience in a similar function in a multicultural environment
  • You have a strong capacity for organization and an ability to adapt to situations
  • You have demonstrated an unfailing sense of confidentiality
  • Fluency in French and English is essential. The practice of a third language (Portuguese or Spanish ideally) is a plus
  • You have good writing, analytical and synthesis skills
  • An efficient command of Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary
